Influencer & Social Account Manager / Senior Account Manager | London

The agency

An international creative comms agency with a busy London team. They work across consumer tech, B2B tech and gaming, bringing PR, social, influencer and content together into joined-up campaigns for global brands and challengers alike. Influencer and social are already a big part of their work, and they're now building it into a division in its own right, alongside PR.

The role

A new role for someone who lives and breathes influencer and social, ideally from a social or influencer agency rather than PR. You'll understand the strategy behind the work, not just the casting: the right mix of macro and micro creators, when to put paid behind content, how affiliate fits in and what results to expect for a given budget.

You'll work on always-on creator programmes for a global consumer audio brand, social and creator content for a TV streaming service, and project briefs across other clients. You'll work alongside the social content lead, with scope to build your own team as the division grows.

What you'll do

  • Lead influencer and social strategy on client briefs: budgets, creator mix, paid amplification, affiliate and measurement

  • Manage creator relationships and their management teams, including contracting, briefing and delivery

  • Run always-on creator programmes and one-off campaigns

  • Attend and support events with creators and clients

  • Report on performance and turn results into recommendations

  • Shape the influencer and social sections of proposals and pitches

  • Work with the social content lead and PR teams so campaigns join up

  • At SAM level, help grow the division through new business and organic growth on existing accounts

What they're looking for

  • Agency experience in social and influencer, ideally from a social or influencer agency

  • Strong knowledge of influencer strategy, including budgets, creator tiers, paid support, affiliate and performance measurement

  • Established relationships with creators and talent management teams

  • Confidence presenting a strategy to clients and defending it

  • Commercially minded, with an interest in helping win and grow business

  • Sector background doesn't matter. Lifestyle, FMCG, beauty and fashion are all welcome, and an interest in tech or gaming is a bonus.

Salary and package

  • AM: £36,000 to £42,000

  • SAM: £43,000 to £48,000

  • A good benefits package, with full details on request

Location and working pattern

Full-time. Central London, three days a week in the office: Mondays and Wednesdays, plus one day of your choice.

Interview process

A first interview on Teams or face to face, then a task, such as an influencer strategy response to a sample brief.
