Account Manager / Senior Account Manager – Digital PR (Consumer & B2B) – Central London

The agency

This is a well-established, independent PR and marketing agency with offices across the UK. It is B Corp certified. Its London team is small and growing. The agency built its name in B2B and is now growing its consumer work, so this hire will help shape that side of the business. The team is close-knit and loyal. A clear development framework sets out what good looks like at each level and how to move up.

The role

The agency is looking for a digital PR specialist at Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level, depending on experience. An established SAE ready for the step up to Account Manager would also be considered. You'll run digital PR campaigns mainly for consumer brands, including health, with some B2B accounts in the mix. You'll have real input into how the agency's digital PR offering grows.

What you'll do

  • Plan and deliver digital PR campaigns that earn quality links and coverage, from data-led stories to reactive and newsjacking work

  • Be a day-to-day contact for clients. At SAM level, you'll act as a trusted adviser, lead client meetings and own the comms strategy.

  • Write press releases, features and comment pieces that journalists want to use

  • Sell in stories and build strong relationships with consumer, lifestyle and trade media

  • Report on results that matter to clients: links, domain authority and SEO impact as well as coverage

  • Support and guide junior colleagues. At SAM level, you'll mentor the team and look after account scope and profitability.

  • Contribute to new business and help develop the agency's digital PR offering

What they're looking for

  • Agency digital PR experience, either at a specialist digital PR agency or at a PR agency with a strong digital PR offer

  • A track record of campaigns that earned links on high-authority sites, and the numbers to back it up

  • Consumer PR experience. Ecommerce or retail clients are ideal, and some B2B experience is a plus.

  • A good grasp of how digital PR supports SEO

  • Strong writing and a solid media network

  • An experienced AM or SAM, or an established SAE ready to step up to Account Manager

Salary and package

£35,000–£48,000 depending on experience. Full-time and permanent.

Location and working pattern

Central London. Hybrid: three days a week in the office, usually Tuesday to Thursday, and two from home.
