Account Manager / Senior Account Manager – B2B Tech PR (Cybersecurity & AI) – Central London

About the agency

A small, award-winning B2B tech PR agency in central London, working with high-growth tech companies and their investors. Clients range from global cybersecurity names to early-stage AI businesses. The team of around 14 works across PR, content, social and GEO (how brands show up in AI search), so there's room to get involved well beyond media relations. It's a close, sociable team where everyone's ideas are heard.

The role

They're hiring at Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level, depending on experience. You'll run accounts day to day, lead media relations and turn complex technology into stories that work for national, business and broadcast media, as well as the trade press.

What you'll do

  • Run client accounts day to day: reporting, action lists, budgets and review decks

  • Lead sell-ins by phone and email, and own the coverage pipeline

  • Build relationships with top-tier journalists and influencers, and spot rapid-response opportunities

  • Write press releases, opinion pieces, blogs and social content, and make sure everything is client-ready

  • Lead brainstorms, develop campaign proposals and sell ideas above the retainer

  • Present in client meetings, WIPs and new business pitches

  • Coach and manage Account Executives

  • At SAM level: shape media and content strategy, draft quarterly plans, manage AMs and spot ways to grow accounts

What they're looking for

  • Solid B2B tech PR agency experience, ideally in cybersecurity, AI or deep tech (broader B2B tech is welcome too)

  • Already confident at Account Manager level or above

  • A track record of national and business coverage, not just trade

  • A strong writer who can explain complex technology simply

  • Ideas of your own, and the drive to try a new approach when something isn't working

  • Happy to roll your sleeves up in a small team

  • SEO or GEO awareness is a bonus

Salary and package

  • Salary depending on experience

  • Wellbeing allowance

  • Help with your home set-up, including desk and monitor

  • The option to buy back holiday or swap holidays for religious festivals

  • Clear progression in a growing agency

Location and working pattern

Full-time and permanent. Hybrid, with three days a week in their central London office, including Monday or Tuesday so the whole team gets together. Flexible start and finish times.
