ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR — CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

A multi-award-winning communications consultancy is looking for an Associate Director to lead corporate communications for a portfolio of high-profile consumer brands. What You'll Be Doing

•      Serving as the senior strategic advisor to clients — with the confidence to challenge and push back where needed

•      Leading the development and delivery of integrated corporate communications campaigns, start to finish

•      Driving new business — identifying opportunities, leading pitch processes, and presenting to prospective clients

•      Overseeing day-to-day account delivery and ensuring consistently high standards across your team

•      Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues; acting as a personal manager for a select number of people across the agency

•      Identifying emerging trends and themes to shape client communications strategy

•      Collaborating with Directors and Partners on annual communications planning

•      Spotting opportunities to grow existing client relationships and showcase broader agency capabilities

What They're Looking For

•      Significant experience at Senior Account Director or Associate Director level within a PR or communications agency

•      A strong background in corporate communications, with demonstrable experience on consumer brands

•      Proven track record of media handling, stakeholder management, and delivering integrated campaigns

•      Confident and authoritative in front of clients — able to present, influence, and advise at a senior level

•      A strong new business track record — comfortable from pitch to close

•      Experience leading, developing, and getting the best from teams

•      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•      A genuine interest in business, current affairs, and the media landscape
