 The Role

  • Lead a portfolio of B2B clients, shaping impactful strategies and overseeing multi-channel campaigns

  • Craft and edit standout content across channels, ensuring every piece reflects client objectives

  • Build strong media relationships, spot opportunities, and secure high-value coverage

  • Guide and mentor team members, championing best practice and supporting professional growth

  • Bring sector insight into areas like insurtech, risk management, and trade to inform content and outreach

 What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ PR agency experience, with a strong B2B focus

  • Proven success running integrated campaigns

  • Expertise in media pitching, content creation, and team management

  • Digital-first mindset: LinkedIn, content planning, paid/organic social

  • Ambitious, proactive, and ready for a senior leadership role
