ACCOUNT MANAGER - B2B TECH - HYBRID WORKING

A small, entrepreneurial B2B tech communications agency is expanding in London and looking to hire an Account Manager. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys proper client delivery, strong writing, and proactive media work — ideal for an AM who wants real ownership and the chance to help shape a growing London presence.

What the role involves

  • Day-to-day delivery across media relations, content creation and client communications

  • Proactively spotting stories and opportunities in fintech/cyber/digital assets/POS to drive earned results

  • Writing strong content (press releases, case studies, blogs, award entries and social copy)

  • Confident client handling and supporting planning sessions/brainstorms

  • Working closely with a lean, ambitious team and helping shape the London footprint

What they’re looking for

  • Solid B2B tech PR experience with strong writing/pitching skills

  • A self-starter who thrives in a co-working environment (no big-agency spoon-feeding)

  • Confident stakeholder management and a practical, outcomes-focused approach

  • Comfortable taking ownership and being accountable for delivery

    - Location: London (hybrid)

    - Working pattern: 3 days in a London office / 2 days WFH (co-working base being finalised)

    - Sector focus: B2B tech — fintech (including POS and digital assets), cyber, and broader tech
