ACCOUNT MANAGER — BEAUTY, AESTHETICS & WELLNESS PR

The Opportunity

A specialist PR and media agency working across beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics and wellness is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves building relationships, creating stories that land and seeing their work turn into real coverage.

You'll work closely with a senior team across a portfolio of exciting, established brands — with genuine involvement from day one and real creative input into the campaigns you run. No two days will be the same.

What You'll Be Doing

•     Managing the day-to-day PR activity across a portfolio of beauty and aesthetics clients

•     Building strong and positive relationships with clients

•     Developing and maintaining contacts with beauty, lifestyle, health and aesthetics journalists and influencers

•     Proactively pitching stories and securing relevant media coverage

•     Creating ideas and opportunities that generate interest for clients

•     Writing press releases, features, articles, news stories and other PR materials

•     Supporting launches, events, campaigns and influencer activity

•     Spotting opportunities for clients to comment on relevant news, trends and conversations

•     Working with Account Executives and other team members to deliver client activity

•     Preparing client updates and reports

•     Keeping accounts organised and ensuring activity is delivered on time

What They're Looking For

•     Around 4–5 years' PR experience, ideally within beauty, aesthetics, skincare, wellness or a related sector

•     Good knowledge and understanding of the beauty and/or aesthetics industry

•     Strong press, media and influencer contacts

•     A natural ability to build relationships and a genuine flair for generating media coverage

•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills — strong grammar, spelling and proofreading

•     Experience managing client accounts and reporting

•     Experience with influencer outreach

•     Organised, creative and able to manage multiple deadlines to a high standard

•     Confident, positive and a great team player — down to earth and genuinely enthusiastic
