ACCOUNT DIRECTOR — B2B TECH & GAMING PR

The Opportunity

A senior and genuinely exciting Account Director opportunity at a London B2B tech PR agency with a positioning unlike anything else in the market — working at the intersection of the games industry and sectors including adtech, fintech, AI, ad monetisation and film tech.

This is a proper leadership role: you’d be the most senior strategic voice on key accounts, a trusted adviser to clients at the highest level, and the person who helps shape what the agency looks like as it continues to grow. The team is ambitious and high-performance — not chaotic — and there’s real scope to make your mark.

If you have deep B2B tech experience, a genuine love of the games industry and the commercial and leadership skills to match — this is a role worth taking seriously.

What You’ll Be Doing

•       Providing senior strategic leadership across a portfolio of B2B tech and gaming-adjacent accounts

•       Acting as the most senior point of contact for key clients — a trusted adviser, not just a delivery lead

•       Developing and overseeing integrated communications strategies spanning PR, content, LinkedIn, events and webinars

•       Driving organic growth — identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships

•       Leading, mentoring and developing the account management team

•       Contributing to new business pitches and agency positioning

•       Overseeing quality control across all accounts and ensuring commercial targets are met

•       Staying ahead of sector developments across adtech, fintech, AI, film tech and gaming

•       Playing a key role in shaping agency culture, processes and ways of working

What They’re Looking For

•       Significant B2B tech PR experience at a senior level, gained at a London agency

•       A genuine passion for the games industry — this is central to the agency’s positioning

•       Proven track record as a senior strategic lead across adtech, fintech, AI, film tech or similar sectors

•       Strong commercial acumen — comfortable owning P&L, managing margins and identifying growth opportunities

•       Exceptional client leadership skills — able to counsel at C-suite level and handle complex, sensitive situations

•       Experience building, leading and developing high-performing teams

•       An integrated mindset — content, LinkedIn, events and webinars alongside traditional PR

•       Excellent written and verbal communications skills

•       A proactive, entrepreneurial approach — someone who builds the agency as much as they run accounts
