SOCIAL MEDIA SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - BERKSHIRE-BASED

About the Role

A fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Senior Account Executive (SAE) to join a growing social media team at a Berkshire PR agency. You’ll help deliver creative, impactful social campaigns across a range of exciting clients, working closely with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers while building your own expertise.

You’ll get to work on multiple accounts, so confidence, adaptability, and a real passion for social media are essential. As the agency grows from 12 to around 20 people, there’s plenty of room to learn, contribute, and progress.

What You’ll Need

- Experience in social media marketing (agency-side experience a bonus)

- Demonstrable ability to support campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X

- Strong copywriting, content creation, and organisational skills

- Eagerness to learn about briefing, reporting, and presenting to clients

- Basic understanding of social analytics and paid campaign results

- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, SproutSocial, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express is a plus

- Interest in how AI is shaping marketing workflows

- Willingness to be flexible for campaign launches or live events

Salary - £32,000 +

Location & Working Arrangements

- Based in Berkshire

- Hybrid: 3 days/week in the office during probation, then 2 days/week

- Full-time position
