The role

A senior, central position — one of a small number of senior leaders in the business, reporting directly into the leadership team. You'll lead multiple account teams and take strategic ownership of a strong portfolio of B2B client relationships across the UK and Europe.

This isn't about task management. You're a strategic communicator, a trusted senior voice, and a confident relationship builder. You'll orchestrate complex account portfolios, coach and develop your teams, and help shape the direction of the agency.

What you'll be doing

Team leadership

•       Overseeing team performance across multiple account teams

•       Coaching, developing and motivating your people

Client leadership and strategic direction

•       Understanding and articulating corporate communications strategy for B2B clients

•       Shaping PR programmes to meet business and commercial objectives

•       Overseeing a portfolio of senior client accounts across the UK and Europe

•       Identifying risks and opportunities — adapting and prioritising accordingly

•       Building trusted long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders

Agency and industry presence

•       Maintaining a visible and respected profile in the sector

•       Contributing to the agency's own reputation and positioning

•       Supporting leadership in driving the business forward

What's on offer

•       Circa £70,000 dependent on experience

•       Hybrid: 3 days in London office, 2 days remote
