We’re looking for a brilliantly balanced Senior Account Director who lives and breathes beauty, wellness, and cultural impact. Someone who can switch between landing critical coverage, dipping into creative strategy, and keeping the business side tight. Someone who knows how to lead a team, a client, and a conversation with confidence.

You’ll be leading a flagship portfolio of brands, working on campaigns that make headlines, shift perceptions, and drive behaviour change. You’ll collaborate with creatives, planners, and producers to bring bold ideas to life – and you’ll be in the room when it counts.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading senior client relationships and spotting growth opportunities

  • Shaping campaigns that intersect culture, commerce, and community

  • Overseeing integrated PR work – media, influencer, content, events

  • Mentoring and motivating a team of ambitious PR talent

  • Building media and influencer strategies that actually land

  • Partnering with creatives to make sure ideas are executed brilliantly

  • Managing budgets and contributing to agency planning and pitches

  • Bringing fresh cultural perspectives and trend insights to the table

  • Using data to tell stories and guide smart next steps

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years’ experience in PR or comms (ideally beauty, wellness, or lifestyle)

  • Proven leadership of client relationships and account teams

  • A confident strategic voice and clear thinking

  • Strong media and influencer contacts

  • Experience launching multi-channel campaigns

  • Excellent writing, speaking, and visual comms skills

  • Comfortable with AI tools, insights platforms, and dashboards

  • Entrepreneurial mindset – someone who builds and delivers

Salary: up to £65,000 (depending on experience)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 from home)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
