PR ACCOUNT MANAGER / SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER – B2B TECHNOLOGY PR
The Opportunity
An integrated communications agency with a strong track record in the digital advertising, media and technology sectors is looking for a PR Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join their London team.
This is an agency that punches well above its weight. With capabilities spanning PR, content and events, they deliver always-on integrated campaigns for both established industry leaders and ambitious scale-up businesses. You'll lead accounts from the front — building trusted client relationships, driving strong media results, and developing the junior team around you.
Based in Farringdon, central London, with a hybrid working model — 3 days in the office, 2 from home. A brilliant opportunity for an experienced PR professional with at least 3 years of agency experience who's ready for genuine account ownership and strategic impact.
What You'll Be Doing
● Managing the day-to-day delivery of 4–6 client accounts, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a consistently high standard
● Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and becoming their primary day-to-day contact
● Developing a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, industries and media landscapes
● Working with senior leadership to develop account plans and deliver programmes that meet client objectives and KPIs
● Identifying and securing high-quality media opportunities through proactive pitching and strong journalist relationships
● Writing, editing and reviewing press releases, thought leadership pieces, award entries, reports and other client content
● Developing creative campaign ideas and making strategic recommendations that support client objectives
● Managing projects and deadlines, communicating proactively with clients and colleagues
● Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
● Supporting and mentoring Account Executives and Senior Account Executives in their development
● Contributing to new business opportunities and wider agency initiatives
What They're Looking For
● At least 3 years of PR agency experience
● A confident communicator who builds trusted relationships with clients, journalists and colleagues
● A strategic, proactive mindset — you identify opportunities and solve problems before they become issues
● An excellent writer and editor with impeccable attention to detail
● Organised and confident managing multiple accounts, people, projects and deadlines simultaneously
● Comfortable mentoring and supporting junior team members in their development
● Genuine curiosity about the media, marketing and technology sectors

What's on Offer
● Salary: £35,000–£42,000 depending on experience
