MARKETING CONTENT SPECIALIST - EMEA TELECOMS SOFTWARE
We are recruiting on behalf of a US-headquartered software business with a growing EMEA team. This is a specialist organisation operating at the heart of the telecoms sector, helping major operators across Europe manage and expand their fibre network infrastructure. Both its brands are well established and respected within the industry.
The role
This is a hands-on B2B marketing position within a small, high-functioning EMEA team. You will work closely with sales, product, and operations colleagues to understand a technically complex environment and translate it into clear, customer-facing content that supports campaigns, sales conversations, and customer engagement.
The company operates both product and service-led marketing, so you will need to be comfortable covering the full customer journey — from awareness and acquisition through to implementation, support, and ongoing engagement.
What you will be doing
• Creating and localising content for multiple EMEA markets, including campaign assets, case studies, email sequences, landing pages, and thought leadership
• Working with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, technical, and operations teams to develop accurate, commercially relevant messaging
• Supporting and adapting global campaign strategies for regional audiences
• Helping to communicate product value and customer delivery excellence in the context of long sales cycles and post-sale relationships
• Collaborating across time zones with a US-based marketing function
What we are looking for
• Experience in B2B software, SaaS, telecoms, utilities, or another technically complex sector
• A track record of turning specialist or technical subject matter into clear, effective content for business audiences
• Cross-regional or EMEA marketing experience, with an understanding of content localisation
• Strong stakeholder management skills — you will work with technical, commercial, and operational colleagues regularly
• Comfort working remotely with a distributed team, including some overlap with US time zones
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience
