DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER - B2B TECH

A top independent B2B technology PR and communications agency is looking to bring on a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team.

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving the effectiveness of paid and earned media efforts through strategic digital execution. This position involves leading the digital aspects of client campaigns to ensure that they achieve consistent, measurable results across multiple platforms, including organic social and paid campaigns. In addition, the manager will work collaboratively with the internal marketing team to enhance the company’s online presence in new markets and amplify messaging. 

 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with integrated client campaigns aimed at increasing visibility and engagement. 

- Manage targeted LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and paid social media campaigns for B2B audiences, focusing on cost-per-lead (CPL) and marketing qualified leads (MQLs). 

- Craft and maintain content-driven landing pages to support various campaigns and optimize internal website performance. 

- Utilise SEO, content syndication, and email marketing to bolster inbound marketing efforts. 

- Collaborate with various teams to turn media coverage and thought leadership into engaging digital content. 

- Analyse campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot to inform strategic decisions. 

 PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

- A minimum of 4 years in digital marketing, preferably with a B2B focus and a strong tech background. 

- Demonstrable success in managing demand generation campaigns targeting B2B decision-makers. 

- Proficient in LinkedIn and Google advertising, as well as own specific B2B funnel metrics. 

- Familiarity with SEO practices, CRMs like HubSpot, and basic CMS platforms like WordPress. 

- Strong project management and communication skills, alongside the ability to present ideas effectively. 

- Analytical mindset with a knack for transforming data into actionable insights. 

- Motivated and proactive, with a commitment to high standards. 

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, providing mentorship where needed. 

 IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE 

- Experience in the tech industry, either within an agency or on the client side. 

- Basic design or video editing skills using tools like Canva or Adobe. 

- Understanding of the B2B technology buyer journey and sales cycle. 

- Experience selling digital marketing services or campaigns to senior stakeholders.

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS 

- The office is located in central London with easy access to public transport. 

- New hires must work from the office four days a week for the first month, followed by a flexible hybrid model of three days in the office and two days remote.
