About the Role
The Digital Account Manager will oversee digital campaign strategy, implementation, and performance across multiple channels. They will work with a skilled team and collaborate with clients to deliver campaigns that meet targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for clients, managing expectations and building strong relationships
Present digital strategies, ideas, and campaign performance reports to stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to recommend improvements
Support the Digital Director in managing a team of specialists, including content creators and SEO experts
Oversee influencer partnerships, handling contracts and paid collaborations
Monitor campaign performance and make optimisations for better results
What We’re Looking For
Experience running digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Salary and Working Arrangement
Competitive salary depending on experience
Flexible working: Balance between office (4 days) and remote work (1 day)
