About the Role

The Digital Account Manager will oversee digital campaign strategy, implementation, and performance across multiple channels. They will work with a skilled team and collaborate with clients to deliver campaigns that meet targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for clients, managing expectations and building strong relationships

  • Present digital strategies, ideas, and campaign performance reports to stakeholders

  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to recommend improvements

  • Support the Digital Director in managing a team of specialists, including content creators and SEO experts

  • Oversee influencer partnerships, handling contracts and paid collaborations

  • Monitor campaign performance and make optimisations for better results

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience running digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Salary and Working Arrangement

  • Competitive salary depending on experience

  • Flexible working: Balance between office (4 days) and remote work (1 day)
