About the Role

The Digital Account Manager or Senior Digital Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing campaign strategy, implementation, and performance across multiple channels. A key part of the role is managing accounts with attention to detail, ensuring seamless budget management, and delivering strong results for clients. You’ll be expected to support growth through innovative thinking, including the development of creative concepts for engagement and the use of user-generated content (UGC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and trusting relationships

  • Develop and present digital strategies and campaign ideas, with a particular focus on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms

  • Plan, implement, and optimise digital advertising campaigns, managing budgets effectively to maximise ROI

  • Generate and execute creative ideas to increase engagement and followers on Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels

  • Source, curate, and leverage UGC content to enhance brand storytelling and social proof

  • Write and edit engaging newsletters and blog posts to support content marketing initiatives

  • Support website content management and SEO optimisation to improve visibility and drive organic traffic

  • Prepare and deliver polished presentations to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Analyse campaign data, report on performance, and make recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing
