LUXURY TRAVEL PR - ACCOUNT MANAGER | SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER | ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (LONDON)

A brilliant opportunity to join an established, award-winning agency working across luxury travel, hospitality and lifestyle. We’re keen to speak with strong Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Account Director level candidates who love press office, client leadership and smart, creative campaign work.

You’ll be working on high-profile accounts (think - hotels, destinations, venues, aviation, wellness and premium lifestyle) and helping deliver standout coverage across top-tier UK media — with scope to support international activity too.

What you’ll be doing (depending on level)

  • Leading day-to-day delivery across luxury travel and hospitality accounts

  • Building trusted client relationships and advising on PR strategy

  • Driving proactive press office activity and securing standout coverage

  • Developing story angles, campaigns and editorial plans

  • Supporting (and at senior levels, leading) press trips, launches and media visits

  • Writing and editing high-quality PR materials (press releases, pitches, Q&As, briefing notes, bylines)

  • Managing timelines, budgets/retainers and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard

  • Supporting new business activity (credentials, proposals, pitch support)

  • Line managing and mentoring junior team members (SAM/AD level)

What we’re looking for

  • Strong agency PR experience (ideally within luxury travel, hospitality or premium lifestyle)

  • Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills

  • Confident media relations and press office delivery

  • Great client communication and organisation (comfortable juggling multiple projects)

  • Calm, proactive and commercially aware

  • Nice to have: international luxury brand exposure, senior media contacts, influencer/social integration experience.

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 (DOE)

Location: London (hybrid)
