Salary: £45K (depending on experience)
Location: Oxford, Hybrid Working (3 days in Oxford HQ, 2 days wherever you do your best thinking)

About the Role
The agency is seeking a PR Account Director to join their team due to a wave of new client wins. The role involves taking the reins on 4-6 client accounts, with a core focus on driving results that are impactful for both clients and the business. The work is a mix of B2B and B2C PR, requiring a strategic approach that blends creative campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Crafting digital PR strategies that translate business objectives into headline-grabbing, link-earning campaigns.
Leading quarterly StoryPlanning sessions, transforming insights into creative ideas that resonate with journalists and improve search visibility.
Designing campaigns focused on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
Joining a successful pitch team to help win new clients.
Mentoring 2-3 team members who will look to the Account Director for guidance and inspiration.
