BID WRITERS | CENTRAL LONDON - FARRINGDON | ALL COMMUTE / TRAVEL EXPENSES PAID

We’re working with an established engineering consultancy (specialists in asbestos removal, construction solutions, and demolition engineering) who are looking to hire three Bid Writers to join their team in Farringdon, Central London.

What’s on offer:

- 2 x Junior Bid Writers:

  - 6 months’ bid-writing experience (can be within PR, agency, or construction roles; recent experience not essential)

  - Ideal for returners to work or those looking to move back into bids

  - Salary: £32,000 + all travel expenses (rail fares, etc.)

- 1 x Specialist Bid Writer:

  - Strong experience in asbestos-related bid writing and/or infrastructure/construction

  - Salary: up to £42,000 (potentially higher for the right asbestos background)

 - All roles:

  - Permanent, office-based (Farringdon), Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 

  - Immediate start available 

  - Supportive team, good offices, and all travel to/from work paid

 Key responsibilities:

- Plan, write, and coordinate responses for PQQs and tenders

- Maintain and update company tender documentation and model answers

- Build strong relationships internally/externally to deliver quality bids

- Ensure accuracy, quality, and creativity in all submissions

- Research and improve bid content; assist with presentations and supporting materials

- Develop tailored CVs and case studies for bid proposals

 What you’ll need:

- Experience in bid writing (junior or specialist level)

- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and written communication

- Strong planning and time management skills—able to meet tight deadlines

- Construction sector experience preferred (not essential for junior roles)

- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ideally Adobe Creative Suite
